Now taking invites

The alarm you can't ignore.

A coach that phones you every morning until you pick up — and every night until you've reported the day. It knows your streak, judges your evidence, and gets harder the longer you dodge it.

How it works

Three things happen. Every day.

You choose the habits and the hour. Everything after that is the coach's job — including the part where you'd rather it stopped.

01 · MORNING

It calls until you answer

Starting at your hour, every five minutes. It reads back yesterday and your streak, then asks you to press one. Ignore it and the tone gets harder — by the seventh call it stops being polite.

02 · ALL DAY

It judges your evidence

Send a gym photo, a meal, a page of the book. The coach checks it against the standard you set for that habit — and says so when the evidence is weak.

03 · NIGHT

It won't let the day close

From evening it asks for the report, and calls until every habit has an answer — including the honest zeroes. Half a report doesn't buy you silence.

Not a recording

It argues back.

Every call is written fresh from your actual numbers, and you can just talk to it. A real exchange from a 5:30 call:

The Coach

“Listen, Mike, today's day one, and you're already jumpin' into it. Zero perfect-day streaks mean you gotta hit it hard right away. You ready to turn that zero into somethin'?”

You

“just give me five more minutes man I'm exhausted”

The Coach

“You don't get to negotiate for more time, Mike. This is day twelve, and every minute you waste now costs you your progress later.”

→ Then it hung up and called straight back.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

✓Miss a day and you keep your progressNo reset to day one. A miss costs you the streak, not the challenge — day forty stays day forty.
✓Your habits, your hour, your wordsPick from a list or write your own, from 20 days to 100, at any wake-up time you can defend.
✕You can't quietly stop reportingThat's the point. The calls keep coming until every habit has an answer, and an honest zero closes the day just fine.
✓One word ends it, permanentlyReply STOP and every call and message ends immediately, no argument and no winning you back.

Tomorrow morning, decide.

Takes about a minute: pick your habits, pick your hour, sign it. The phone does the rest — starting at 5:30, or whenever you're brave enough to set.
